Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PHX Soccer Camps (“Soccer Skills Camp”). By registering for and attending our camp, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration Requirements
All participants must complete the official registration form in full prior to attending camp. Incomplete registrations may result in denial of entry to the camp.

2. Payment and Fees
All camp fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the camp. Payment methods and deadlines are specified during the registration process.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the camp start date.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the camp start date are eligible for a partial refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official camp contact form.

4. Liability and Waiver
By attending the camp, participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept all risks associated with soccer training and agree to release PHX Soccer Camps, its coaches, and staff from any liability for injuries or losses incurred during camp activities.

5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all camp rules. PHX Soccer Camps reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

6. Changes to Camp Schedule
PHX Soccer Camps reserves the right to modify camp dates, times, or locations due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

7. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for camp administration and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
